A lifelong resident of Jacksboro, David has served his community through his work on the Jacksboro ISD school board, serving as General Counsel to the Jack County hospital district, and Jacksboro City Attorney. David is the President of Spiller Title and Managing Partner at Spiller & Spiller law firm where he practices with his two sons, Mason and Reid. David and his wife Ginger have been married for 37 years and are members of First Baptist Church of Jacksboro.
